How can we help?

Answers to the questions families ask us most. Can't find yours? Message us and a real person will reply.

Getting started

How do I get started?

Fill in our short form or message us on WhatsApp. We'll call you at a time that suits you in the US, then visit your parents for a free home assessment within 3 days.

Is the first assessment really free?

Yes. No payment details are needed. You receive a written report and our recommendation, and you decide whether to go ahead.

What if my parents don't want help?

That's common at first. We introduce the first visit as a health check-up, the same doctor or nurse comes every time, and your parents can stop whenever they like. Most become comfortable within a few visits.

Which areas do you cover?

We serve areas in and around Hyderabad. Tell us where your parents live and we'll confirm within a day.

Visits and reports

What happens during a visit?

The doctor or nurse checks blood pressure, pulse, blood sugar, oxygen, temperature and weight, reviews medicines, and checks for fall risks and changes in mood or memory. An ECG is done monthly, or sooner if our doctor asks.

Will it be the same person every time?

Yes. Each family has a named doctor and, on Basic, a named nurse. If they're on leave, a colleague who already knows your parents covers the visit.

How will I receive updates?

A report on WhatsApp and email the same evening, a doctor's note within 24 hours, and a monthly summary with trends. If anything worries us, we call you.

Do my parents need a smartphone or an app?

No. Reports come to you. Your parents just welcome a familiar face.

Can relatives in India also get the reports?

Yes, any family member that you and your parents approve.

Doctors and hospitals

Who is the doctor?

A registered doctor on our team. On the Home Doctor plans, the same doctor visits your parents at home every two weeks or every week. On Basic, the doctor visits once a month and reviews every nurse report in between.

Can a doctor do every visit, with no nurse?

Yes. On Home Doctor and Home Doctor Weekly there is no nurse or coordinator. The same doctor does every visit, every check and every report, and is the person you message.

Can you take my parents to their own doctors?

Yes, through companion care. A trained healthcare companion takes them to the appointment, carries their records and sends you a summary of what the doctor said. The same service covers family functions and drop-offs at the airport or station, and is quoted per outing.

What happens if they need to be admitted?

Our hospital support covers choosing the hospital, admission, daily updates to you from our doctor, bill and insurance checks, and a safe discharge home.

Can your doctor advise me about my own health in the US?

No. Our doctors care for your parents in India. We keep you fully informed about their care, but we can't advise on your own health.

Emergencies

Are you an emergency service?

No. In an emergency, call 108 first for an ambulance, then our helpline.

What do you do in an emergency?

We alert the hospital with your parent's history and medicines, go there, speak with the treating doctors and keep you updated until your parent is settled.

Is the helpline available at night?

Yes, 24 hours a day for members.

Payments and plans

How do I pay from the US?

By card in US dollars, monthly or yearly. Payments are processed securely by PayPal. No Indian bank account needed.

What isn't included in a plan?

Medicines, lab tests, scans, hospital bills, physiotherapy and full-time attendants. We arrange them and share every bill with you.

Can I change or cancel my plan?

Yes, anytime. Changes apply from your next billing date. There's no lock-in.

Is there a refund?

If you're not satisfied in your first month, we refund it in full. Yearly plans cancelled mid-year are refunded for unused months.

Safety and privacy

How are your nurses checked?

Every nurse holds a GNM or BSc Nursing qualification, is registered with the Telangana Nursing Council, is police-verified and is trained in our elder-care visit protocol.

Who sees my parents' health information?

Only our care team and the family members your parents agree to. We handle it in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act and never sell it.
