Before you choose
Why do I need the free assessment first?
It lets us meet your parents, understand their health and recommend the right plan. It also lets your parents meet us before agreeing to regular visits.
What is the difference between Basic and the Home Doctor plans?
On Basic, a named nurse visits every week and our doctor visits once a month. On the Home Doctor plans there is no nurse or coordinator: the same doctor does every visit, every check and every report, and is the person you message.
Can both parents be on one plan?
Yes. If they live together, both are checked on the same visit, and each plan has a price for two parents: $89 a month on Basic, $119 on Home Doctor and $199 on Home Doctor Weekly.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, up or down, anytime. The change applies from your next billing date, so you never lose days you've paid for.
What if we skip a visit?
If your parents are travelling or unwell, we reschedule within the same month wherever we can.
Are medicines and tests included?
No. Medicines, lab tests and scans are paid at cost. We arrange them and share the bills with you.
How does yearly billing work?
You pay for 10 months and get 12. If you cancel during the year, unused months are refunded at the monthly rate.
