Services

Care at their door, the way they need it.

Regular visits when life is steady. A hand to hold when it isn't. Here's exactly what each service includes.

01 · Parent care subscription

A doctor who comes home. A report after every visit.

Choose a plan where the same doctor does every visit, or Basic, where the same qualified nurse visits every week and the doctor comes once a month. Either way, your parents know who's coming, and that person notices what's changed.

From $69 / month

What happens on every visit

  • Blood pressure and pulse
  • Blood sugar
  • Oxygen level, temperature and weight
  • Medicines checked against prescriptions
  • Fall risk and home safety
  • Mood, sleep, appetite and memory
  • ECG every month, or sooner if the doctor asks
  • Refills and upcoming appointments noted

What you receive

Same evening
A visit report on WhatsApp with readings, notes and a photo or voice note.
Within 24 hours
The doctor's advice on what was found. Anything worrying, we call you.
Every month
A one-page summary with trends you can share with any doctor.
Anytime
One person on WhatsApp who knows your parents and their history: your coordinator, or the doctor on a Home Doctor plan.

    Then call our helpline

    Day or night, someone answers.

    We alert the hospital

We share their history and medicines and go there.

  4. 4

    We call you

You hear what's happening from someone who's there.
